Who I am
This site is run by Aidan Campbell, trading as IMPAQT Studios, in Perth, Western Australia. I make ad creative for ecommerce brands. If you have a question about this policy or your information, email me at contact@impaqtstudios.com (the address is linked in the footer).
What I collect
When you book an intro call, Calendly collects your name, email address, the answers you give to the booking questions and, if you add it, your phone number. When you email me, I keep what you send. When you browse, the site records anonymous page analytics (see Analytics and cookies below). If you arrive from an ad or a post, the tracking tags in that link (UTM parameters) may be kept in your browser storage so I can see which ad or post brought you here.
Why I collect it
To run the call you booked, to reply to you, to scope and deliver work you ask for, and to understand which pages and ads bring people to the site. I do not sell or rent your information, and I do not use it for anything unrelated to those purposes.
Analytics and cookies
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights run on every page. They measure page views and loading speed without cookies and without identifying you. Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel may also run; when they do, they set cookies so that visits and booking clicks can be measured and ads can be attributed. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time, and the site still works. Plausible, a cookie-free analytics tool, may be used in place of or alongside these.
Who else sees it
Calendly (booking), Google (calendar invites and, if enabled, analytics), Meta (if the Pixel is enabled), Vercel (hosting and analytics) and my email provider handle your information on my behalf. Some of these services store data outside Australia, including in the United States. I only share what each service needs to do its job, and I do not hand your details to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long I keep it
Booking and email records are kept while you and I are talking or working together and for a reasonable period afterwards for my own records, then deleted. Analytics data is held by the providers above under their own retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me at contact@impaqtstudios.com and I will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how I handle a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date. This version is dated 2026-08-26.
