How is this different from a $500 offshore build?

Offshore sites also fail Google's Core Web Vitals about 70% of the time, which means even when customers find you, the site loads slowly and they bounce. I already have a website. Do you do rebuilds?

Most of our work is rebuilds. If your site exists but doesn't ring the phone, that's the exact problem we solve. We audit what's there on the call and tell you straight whether a rebuild is the move or whether you just need targeted optimisation.

Do I own the site after?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fully. The domain, the hosting, the code, the content — all yours. We never lock clients into proprietary platforms. You can leave whenever you want and the site comes with you.

How long does it take?

Starter builds: 14–21 days. Growth: three to four weeks. Scale: five to six weeks. The biggest variable is how fast you get us content (photos, copy direction, customer info). If you're organised, we're fast.

What happens after launch?

Every build includes post-launch support — 30 days on Growth, 60 days on Scale. After that you can keep us on a care plan ($150–$250/mo) for hosting, security, and minor updates, or add growth retainers for content and ads. Or you can take it and run it yourself. No pressure.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. 50% to start, 50% on launch is the standard split. Larger builds can split into three payments. We invoice in AUD, GST included where applicable.

What if I don't know what I want?

That's most clients on the first call. You don't need a brief, a Pinterest board, or a competitor list. We figure it out together. The discovery call is built for exactly this.

What if it doesn't work?

Define 'work'. If you mean 'the site doesn't load' — we fix it, free, that's not a question. If you mean 'I'm not getting leads' — we'll dig into why on the call before you spend a dollar. Most 'websites that don't work' are actually offer problems, traffic problems, or follow-up problems. We tell you straight which one yours is.
